My experience with their policies and employee treatment has been extremely disappointing. One major concern is the lack of clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical matters like employee claims and reimbursements. During my tenure, I confirmed with the Finance Head that there were no restrictions on receipt age for claims. However, after I submitted my claims, Finance rejected them on the grounds of “invalid receipts” due to receipt age. This rejection was based on a newly implemented policy that was never communicated, or acknowledged by employees. As a result, I lost claim reimbursements equivalent to almost a month’s salary, a significant amount. This not only shows poor transparency but also a lack of accountability and fairness toward employees. Policies that directly affect employees’ pay should be communicated clearly and upfront, not enforced retroactively. For a multinational company, I expected better governance, communication, and respect for employees. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite, and I hope future employees will not face the same issues.

Management expect to sell/register high number of cars but wont provide the needed support. Cherry picking which sales advisor gets the advantage (more promotion amount) to close a sale. Somewhat racist

Everything else, the management is ironically disharmonious with the rest of the workforce. - Chronic late payment of salaries - Management neglecting welfare of workers - Favoritism amongst high ranking employees - Poor adherence to manpower/labour regulations - High turnover rate and company failing to adapt to trends within the company. - Poor choice of location in the branch I work at. Often see high traffic and little space to move around. - *Apparently* they have poor working relationship with the landlords they are leasing the location from.
