How long do you have? US CEO is trying to micro-manage a team of 500 and wonders why things are going wrong. Employees being called up by the CEO whilst on Annual leave to be questioned on what they are doing. Employees sacked in company-wide meetings. They publically humiliate employees by firing them without a Personal Improvement plan in a big glass room in the office (visible to other team members, with no aftercare, respect, or decency). From speaking to Ex-employees, they've all reported huge relief at being sacked as the 'nightmare' is finally over. They promised promotions/bonuses/salary increases after funding but after the announcement told everyone they were in a period of scaling back costs, so still no career progression. The platform is aimed at optimizing employee retention when Harri can't even value their own employees through valuing and celebrating their success.
