None at all. Would avoid working there entirely

-Business model is outdated and unsustainable. Instead of building genuine expertise or strong client partnerships, the approach comes across as volume-driven and transactional, -Growth (both individual and company) seems nonexistent -Poor quality of clients to work with. Many of the companies they represent are poorly backed, relatively unknown, and difficult to get candidates excited about. -No one in the company to really mentor you. Management spends more effort on face time with clients who prefer to drink with them rather than work with them
