Everyone is very helpful in getting you up to speed with the project and gives you a good start to being a well-rounded APM if your career goals is to be in the Construction Project Management industry. They also take summer interns to their main headquarters to meet the executives and other interns, good way to network.

If you're an engineering major, you don't really get to practice much engineering knowledge you learn in school, but you still learn a lot of new things in construction.

Management cares. Team is great too.
