-forced to try too hard to please horrible customers (i personally have been told disgusting things, been cornered on the clock, etc. and nothing was done) -management could be significantly better and not pick favorites -overall laziness -repetition -sometimes you have to do another person's job for them while you're on the clock because they never did it which slows down our times significantly -bad communication
