Overtime, good people, somewhat relaxed environment. MY team of leads and supervisors were pretty good at getting me what I needed and really leaving me alone for the most part bc they knew I wasn't hiding, I would stay to the very end and would make sure everything is done before I leave.

Around 95% turnover rate, higher ups not knowing what their doing. Just about everything they did made it harder for the guys on the floor. They would micromanage the good employees and let the bad ones do whatever they want. Safety. The only reason I'm not their anymore is because I got hurt, and i had to sue to get taken care of.
