There is new management now, but when I was there it was a lot of flexibility. You could easily work from home if needed. Dress was essentially casual. The pay and benefits weren't bad. However, there was no HSA or 401k assistance from the company.

Svantaggi

Bad culture. No room for advancement. Little to no training on old out of date software. The office environment is subpar at best. Everyone just complains with little to no help from senior management/owners. Departments didn't get along or help each other well. Changes are only made when they are absolutely needed for the company to continue to survive.
