There is a clear need for improved support for employees in these situations. -It's ironic that they emphasise mental health while treating loyal employees in such a disrespectful way. -Management frequently enters and exits the workspace unpredictably, which contributes to a sense of unease among staff. This inconsistency can undermine confidence and negatively impact the overall work environment. -The "You are the difference" training has some potential benefits, but its unrealistic and repetitive nature, along with the time-consuming coaching sheets, often detracts from addressing employees' practical challenges.
