- The Children's Marketing and Publicity team encourage growth and development within the internship position. - You work in all aspect of marketing and publicity, plus school & library and digital marketing. - The internship managers (one for publicity, one for marketing) are both fantastic individuals who really care about their intern and want to see you grow. - The company environment ( when we were in office) was wonderful and friendly. Even going online during COVID the team made an effort to ensure that I had everything I need for a successful internship.

Whether you consider this a Con or not is up to your and your work style, but there are always projects that remain on the back burner so to speak. If you like to have everything tied up nicely at the end of the day, this isn't always the case in this position.
