Wonderful place with wonderful people. Product is top-notch and delicious! The product sells itself - just get it into mouths of others. "Work" is easy and truly delightful when you have a shop-keeper mentality and also a high level of accountability and ownership (read "THE OZ PRINCIPLE) Supervisors are supportive and truly care about educating and growing their teams knowledge and capabilities - in all areas.

There are heaps of customers who do not know about us! They are missing out . . . I would love to re-invigorate this brand with a campaign of national advertising and large scale giveaways/recognition! Apologies, in advance, but the managers and associates that spend time gossiping and waste time complaining about nothing; defamation of others & of the company need to go. If you are retired, then retire and turn in your notice. If you are not happy, you are always free to leave, please do.
