Very friendly staff, modest workload, fun industry.

Low pay, location in the middle of nowhere.

For me, having a great workplace starts with the people. I've been very lucky to have a great team here in the Saskatoon office that have been instrumental in my career growth. I do feel like I'm fairly compensated for the role I was hired on for. While sometimes there are somewhat long hours, the work is rewarding.

While sometimes the hours can be long, not even necessarily a con. The technology stack could be a bit better BUT I've been with other organizations that have had worse so not a very big complaint either.
