I loved working in a smaller environment and by myself as a caregiver.

This is a smaller work environment so they don't offer a lot of benefits.

It's a laid back environment, where employees are given the freedom to interact with customers how they find best. You're not micromanaged or overly coached. Very friendly staff and management.

Lack of opportunities for growth. Very little career progression coaching. It's retail. Low pay relative to the cost of living in San Francisco.
