Over the years, I have had exposure to different aspects of the business, including sales, distribution management, marketing, operations, supply chain, and business development across the APAC region. One of the strengths of Harwin is that management is willing to trust employees with greater responsibilities when they demonstrate commitment and capability. The company provides opportunities to step outside of your comfort zone, learn different functions, and contribute to business growth. This has allowed me to build a broad understanding of the industry and develop both professionally and personally.
