This isn't just happening in the US; it's a global issue, and it seems like they just want to dismantle the entire department and bring in lab rats to masquerade as marketing professionals. Every quarterly meeting or town hall is filled with promises of progress, yet all I see is more departures and no changes. This isn't smart restructuring; they're letting go of people who really understand our brands.
