Actually the company HR team doesn't have any values because the leadership doesn't follow it which was already there. You can find lot of people getting promotions and awards but when you start working with them you will realise they are not even capable of doing a entry level engineer role but instead they will be sitting in a senior role this is because all the good working people who are minimal will be getting the rewards at lesser number whereas the people who are close to the leadership will get promotions quickly so the people who actually worked hard and rewarded will be treated equally to the person who don't work and just do showcasing and get rewards. The company doesn't teach the team management or leadership skills to any employees. Because the leader only doesn't know how to manage it or follow it he only knows how his closed ones are getting growth. Still this organisation follows old school tactics like micromanagement and most importantly HR policies. They don't have a proper or good HR manager who can guide them because the leader doesn't like someone giving suggestions to him. He thinks he knows everything but actually not.
