Once they hit IPO, the pillars and the culture was thrown out the window. They just did their SECOND round of layoffs (2 in a 6 month time span) They didn’t let team leads let them go, everyone had to show up on a call to be let go. Some people were on MATERNITY / PATERNITY & FMLA leeeaaave! Insane . They say they care about kindness (literally a Company value / pillar) but they literally could care less once you except your offer. They cut all the employees who would have vested their equity. Thousands of $$$ that was “added” as part of our compensation that we never saw.
