Poor management and culture - Recensione dipendente - Program Officer presso Hashoo Foundation

I had heard hashoo foundation's name in the ngo sector here but the experience was poor. The head of programs used to work as a robot and had poor communication skills as well as delegation. The foundation was working without a CEO and the staff is stacked with people from a certain district and province. They all bring their unique traits with them and are untrained.
