Good but needs improvement - Recensione dipendente - Claims Handler presso Hastings Direct

Pay doesn't reflect the job. Other companies pay more for less work so not competitive in the market. Goal posts constantly changing and more work added with no extra training or support. Promises of development and training but not delivered. Looking to progress is an option but then they move the goal posts or remove the job all together. Nothing done with complaints and managers constantly busy and not supporting the team.
