I’ve really enjoyed my start at Hastings Direct. It was unusual being on-boarded remotely but everything has been good. The people at Hastings are really supportive - always a sign that the senior management genuinely car about their Colleagues. This is actually 1 of 4 key pillars, the other 3 being Customers, Company & Community. Straightaway I’ve seen evidence of the company living their clear vision through these pillars and communication is really good. The on boarding was very well organised and I’m very happy with the benefits package.
