* They love a spreadsheet - when things go wrong just create another spreadsheet for issue number 56000 add it on there!
* Claims not allocated evenly to staff
* take on people with no experience
* take on leaders that are expected to hit the floor running with their ridiculous KPI expectations
* Staff retention is through the floor.
* Older loyal staff members are fed up and just leave
* Always seem to promote the new staff that seem to like kissing 🍑
* They only like yes people not those that question
* like to throw money at staff to do over time thinking it will solve the bigger problem when in reality it causes 95% of the issues
