Empty promises - Recensione dipendente - Home Claims Handler presso Hastings Direct

A group of us were promised a role in the then new home claims department with a salary increase within 3 months and the next upstep in salary in 6 months by the home manager and were given the figures.He then blamed the new manager and we didn't have it in writing so couldn't do anything and no pay increase up to the time I left which was 2 years later .The Hr team knew of everything and we left with nothing no back pay .he has since left as they didn't like him.
