Fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, which can make long-term planning challenging. Roles can grow quickly as the business scales, sometimes without immediate updates to structure or resourcing. This suits people who enjoy ambiguity, but may feel demanding for those who prefer clearly defined frameworks.

I worked for Hawk Training for over 5 years prior to this temporary role and I must say it is my favourite place to work. The directors are absolutely phenomenal, the people are great to work with. Hawk treat their employees like family and try to be as flexible as possible for their employees.

Lack of social media activity as I feel this would really drive their sales and brand recognition.
