As it was the inaugural internship program year, the onboarding process was slow but I believe it has since improved. Unfortunately, this process cut into the internship time and the transition between different departments.

Could have been a great company.

Management is so stressed that they trust no one, fight amongst themselves, speak ill of one another, and push process decisions lower so they do not have to engage other leaders or take responsibility. This creates incredible tension between teams and within middle management. Horrible Environment.
