The biggest pro here was being able to start something new. As long as you're a self-starter, you'll be fine and enjoy discovering and unlocking new opportunities for the agency and clients alike. Everyone is nice and easy to work with, This agency does maintain a good work-life balance for its employees unlike other agencies.

The only con I can think of personally was career development. I wanted to grow there, but there wasn't a clear path to the next level and I left to grow.

Open and honest communication. Promotion opportunities. Good colleagues.

Cultural disconnect between the LA office and the remote locations. Need to develop and follow SOPs company wide.
