Big picture - much work to be done to become more joined up (may be a UK thing) On the floor - it is a sales environment, with an old sales & long hours culture, KPIs, KPIs, KPIs No defined career path or structured training if not in sales - it's totally up to you and expect to hit the 'glass ceiling' at some point unless you work in London.
