They have 0 trust, want to know what you are doing per second and have high targets for "probation". It's an excuse to break people down and make them feel like they should earn a place for 45k in the company. GET AN F LIFE. Customers and companies complain all day everyday about them RUN

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
