Thanks so much for letting us know how we're doing - I'm so glad to hear you are feeling positive about where we are, and the opportunities of continued impact (and improvement) that lie ahead of us.
Your summary really shows that experiences can feel different employee to employee, team to team, function to function - I'm really keen and intent on playing a role in how we create more consistency around our employee experience as we all work together to do and be better here.
As an organization, we are indeed 'growing up', which brings a level of change and evolution as we add new, specialist roles and more seasoned leadership at pace to support our scale. We recognize an opportunity for improved change communications management in this regard, and have recently released materials and resources to support our teams in communicating change more effectively as we continue on this epic journey.
I really appreciate your callout on having a continued critical focus on whats working/whats not - and how must keep leaning into a 'Courageous Heart' feedback culture here; caring and holding one another to account -- and a 'Curious Mind' growth mindset as we sometimes to need choose progress over (or along the long road to) perfection
