      Some tasks/projects are more tedious and time consuming than others, so time management and solid work/life boundaries are critical. Due to the fact that is it a new start up company, they are not currently offering paid positions to the nutrition team.

      No guaranteed payout - this is difficult as Heali does take a significant amount of time/energy. This is something I imagine will change as the company grows Last minute projects with short turnaround can be stressful to fit into schedule
