      We lack diversity! I wonder if we promote and pay women the same as men? No cultural diversity, everyone is white.

      Thanks for your review. We that diversity (both gender and cultural) is something worthy of further discussion and focus here at Health Catalyst. I can tell you that we are working on improvements in this arena, and you should start to see efforts along various lines begin to show up. I will also say that these are challenges that will require consistent, sustained effort over the long term to achieve the results I think we all desire. We are committed to making this happen.       No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
