Working at Health Catalyst has proven to be a very wise career move. Health Catalyst has received many awards and is a highly ranked in the best places to work, but most importantly, it is a pleasure and honor to work with my co-workers and for a company that is truly worthy and deserving of these rankings, the praise and accolades.

      Thank you for your thoughts! We are currently working on refining and streamlining some aspects of the on boarding process, but would also ask for your patience with this. There are many things we feel need to be discussed and shared prior to starting, and we know that the process can feel long, particularly for those excited to get started in a new role! We are always striving to improve, and our on boarding process is one of those areas. Thanks!

      No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
