I'm appreciative of your kind words about what's working well, and we'll try to emphasize and stay consistent in enabling work flexibility (I love the flexibility to work from home as well -- in fact I'm writing this review from my home office, where I work about 40% of the time), transparency, autonomy and ownership. I'm also glad to hear you feel well-compensated. We keep this as a focus area, and are currently working hard to increase the team member equity-component of compensation, increasing the true "ownership" opportunity for every team member, and hopefully we'll have some good news to share along those dimensions soon. Also, I appreciate the feedback regarding the value of a more structured and developed training program. We are focusing on this, particularly in professional services. I hope you were able to participate in last week's Pro Services training held in conjunction with the Healthcare Analytics Summit. I was really excited about the PS leadership team's innovative idea to dovetail training with HAS, and to invest more time and energy into team member development.
