      Travel is heavy and much of the staff works remotely across the nation. There is little day-to-day interaction compared to more traditional health care environments

      Thank you for your feedback, and I agree with your enthusiasm for the innovation at Health Catalyst, and for the qualification of the team members who have chosen to join and stay at Health Catalyst. I also agree that travel is heavy and due to our distributed workforce, as well as our flexible model regarding remote work, we have fewer interactions than perhaps might be ideal. We have some initiatives underway that I believe will help in these areas, including increased use of video conferencing, as well as a reconfiguration of the SLC office to encourage more interaction when team members are in the office.       Good vision and products have the potential to make an impact.

      No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
