There is a tremendous amount of work to do, and setting appropriate priorities isn't always clear based on manager feedback. The transparency culture at HC can sometimes yield sharing of team member information that should be kept more private. Sometimes team members get direction and assignments from someone other than their direct manager, which can cause issues with capacity planning and reporting structures.

I appreciate the feedback regarding workload and regarding the balance between being transparent and also being careful with confidential information, in addition to sometimes being a "human heat shield" on behalf of team members. Good vision and products have the potential to make an impact.

No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
