      I have been with Health Catalyst 10 months and have been so pleased with the way the business is ran, the way my leaders have been so open and forthcoming. I have felt some welcomed and appreciated from day one. I have also been able to see how much Health Catalyst cares for their employees be it dealing with “2020” or tragedy amongst fellow team members. I can’t wait to grow my career with Health Catalyst.

      I have had better benefits but trust me I also know there are worse benefits. So. This is could be a con to some. For me, I can tolerate it as there are so many other pros.

      Good vision and products have the potential to make an impact.

      No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
