Meetings used to tend too run over; this is diminishing as we work to maintain a policy of ending meetings at 5 minutes before the nominal times; for example, 2:00pm to 2:55pm instead of 3pm

Work can at times be slowed down in the search of consensus and inclusion of a broad group of team members involved in projects. However, leadership strives to keep people on track. Projects are completed well and on time more often than not.
