I'm grateful to hear of the positives you've experienced that you've found enduring, like the commitment to team members and to the mission. I agree also that promoting from within can sometimes have downsides, but also has many, many advantages. I agree deeply with your perspective around the long-term differentiation and central importance of our services -- we will absolutely continue to emphasize this critical differentiation and keep offering and expanding our services, all in support of the mission of enabling massive, measurable, data-informed healthcare improvement.
