      Thank you for your review and feedback. Grateful to hear of the positives that you feel that management cares about your mental health and your work/life balance. We certainly do, and hope that this will always be the case. The RSUs that we provide as part of the bonus have only a one year vest, tied to the one year bonus payout timeframe which is the same as the cash component of the bonus. Other non-bonus equity grants you receive annually do vest over typically a four-year period, but those are different from the bonus RSUs which vest after one year.       No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
