The company has strong cultural values, which extend to all levels of the company. I appreciate the transparent and firm inclusivity Dan Burton extends to all team members. Benefits are decent and the company is managed for long term success, hopefully to the end that slow and steady wins the race.

Svantaggi

Conservative management of the company means that rewards are slow to come sometimes. Salaries are on the lower side and previous liberal benefits are being tightened down a bit.

We'll keep working to improve base salaries, as we discussed in yesterday's All Team Member meeting, and also strengthening the benefits package (including the new added benefit we announced yesterday). No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
