HCN has a strong culture and does things for the greater good. Offers flexibility to its employees with options to work fully remote or in a hybrid environment.

None that I could think of.

No lack of work. Nice coworkers. Great travel opportunities.

No pay increases for anyone in past 3 years. Many advertised "perks" like reimbursement for education and technology have been on hold for 2 years. A couple of rounds of layoffs in past 2 years. No transparency of who was let go.
