Actions speak louder than words,and Health IQ is a place of doing. As a designer/art director at the company for 10 months, I have seen the staff more than double, revenue increase by a large factor, and our creative output surge in a way that only the nimblest of startups are capable of. My team trusts me and gives me a lot of creative freedom to take risks and explore new ideas, which in turn drives me to succeed even harder. It can be intense at times, but I love the challenge and the group of people I work with. Health IQ is a vibrant workplace, and while it stumbles on its exponential growth at times, remains the best place I have worked in years.

The fast growth has been a challenge - I've moved desks 3 times in less than a year, but I suspect this will taper off in the next few months.
