Awesome work environment that is unlike any other. There is alot of energy from the Best Sales Agents in the country. Not only sales agents, but our CEO only hire winners as our Engineers are the cream of the Crop in the Tech Mecca of Northern California. We have top of the line exercise equipment in which our CEO shuts down the company for 30-45 minutes daily to be able to exercise as a company. Since our mission is to reward the health conscious, we have to practice what we preach. We get to choose from Spin class, running a 5k daily, cycling 5-7 miles, weightlifting, yoga and stretching/mobility (all taught by professionals in that area of fitness). We are also provided free massages weekly (onsite), lunch is provided daily with many Farm to table choices. We have the latest technology at our workstations (as we should since we are in Silicon Valley). We never have a shortage of qualified, fantastic clients that are unbelievable athletes and health conscious people. A selection of the top life insurance companies to choose from for the clients and proprietary products and concessions for our clients that are not available at any other life insurance agency. We work many hours, but we are all motivated. Shouldn't you work alot of hours for something you are passionate about? We are building a company and changing the industry of life insurance.
