I'll update my review after I have been here longer, but it has been a fantastic experience thus far. Our benefits are great, we received brand new/ state of the art equipment and the training has been phenomenal. I come from a large company where I was treated like a mere number. Health IQ really invests in their employees. Coming from an insurance sweatshop, this has really been a top notch process. I'm back to feeling like a professional (I have worked too hard in my career to be treated as anything less ). When a company treats employees well and invests in their success, they work harder for them and end up giving their clients an overall better customer experience. It elevates the company as a whole. I'm thrilled to be working for a company that understands that. This is a tough industry. Selling on the phones (especially to skeptical seniors) is not easy. The quality of the company you work for is so important. I have heard great things about this company and it has lived up to the hype so far. Again, I will be able to tell more once I am out in the trenches. Training wise, I would feel far more comfortable working with an agent from this company than anywhere else I have seen.
