They lie about conversion and how much the average person sells They tell you the average agent makes 90k but look at my sales team you will be lucky to break 60. Conversion rate averages 3-5% not 3-5 sales a day like they pitch The are unorganized They are so disorganized some employees disappear for weeks before it’s noticed.

I'm sorry you feel like someone lied to you but the average agent info you have quoted is not what we advertise in our job postings nor discuss with candidates for our sales positions.
