This company is a mess. It's easy o do a lot of things they'll miss and still enjoy collecting a pay check.

They don't care about you, or their clients. They have a department of people who genuinely harass the elderly and there do not appear to be any standards when it comes to what those agents do. If you make a sale and do not get a high enough compliance you will not receive compensation for the sale. The script is very poorly written. You will receive no sales training and be expected to spin the worst of leads into sales.

Our onboarding process consists of 6 weeks of training which includes extensive learning related to compliance and effective communication through the use of our scripts.
