Busy work setting with high need clients which can lead to some emotional burnout

For a long time at this position I was able to trust the administration and create new programs and initiatives.

After a change over in administration, I felt like communication was cut off, I felt constantly worried that I would be yelled at. I was denied from providing care that is considered a best practice. I watched co-workers be laid off or fired (POC first). After I left, they paid the next person $10k more.
