Small company, wonderful team, mostly remote, good communication.

Sometimes downtown is busy, but I'd still like to be in the office now.

Business casual dress code daily, tuition reimbursement, paternity leave, privately held company, inexpensive soda machine, ability to work from home often, in-suite restrooms, Brewers game outing.

Too top heavy, some individuals are overworked while others either sit on the internet or text on their personal phones all day. Office space is less-than-attractive. 98% of the employees are either in cubicles or share office space, which includes Directors, so privacy is limited.
