Not much except for more specific training and organized SOPs. Took me awhile to truly understand the roles of each "department". Also, didn't have much experience in FDA regulations and the medical stuff (at least at the beginning of my employment) which adds a bit of stress during office meetings as everyone is expected to participate and articulate their work.
