Great pay and coworkers were awesome

-Management was rude and not professional -If you ask for help they just tell you to watch a video -Even being part time I was expected to answer emails/phone calls around the clock -I had a monthly "performance" meeting where my manager told me I needed to be "less boring" which is ultimately where I checked out and started looking for another job -They made promises that we would all become full time but were actually slowly rebranding to remove my position -I was pushed into becoming a health coach because I needed the hours but ultimately felt uncomfortable being in the position -They will talk down to you until they need something from you -Its a small company but don't expect the owner or upper management to know your name or acknowledge you
