The Finance Department is not operating in a healthy or professional manner. There appears to be a lack of teamwork and accountability among the managers. Instead of collaborating, they often deflect responsibility and place blame on others to protect themselves. Additionally, there is inappropriate behavior and unprofessional conduct taking place, including the development of personal relationships with certain employees in ways that make others uncomfortable. This behavior has contributed to a toxic and unethical work environment. It seems there is little focus on integrity or effective leadership within the department. I strongly recommend that HR conduct an internal review of management practices in Finance, as the lack of professionalism and ethical standards appears to be a major factor behind the high turnover in this area.
