Management has already proven to help every opportunity they can, but the trajectory you find yourself on will ultimately be determined by you. If you love corporate growth plans and management delegating and assigning only certain job-specific tasks, this may not be for you. Everyone here has their hands in all the cookie jars and if you find that overwhelming it may be good to know that for the most part, we find it exciting.
